What is the return policy?
We think you'll love our Rascal product, however if you're not completely satisfied or wish to swap out for another size, you have 20 days after purchase date to return your items. Simply get in contact with us by email and we'll be happy to offer an exchange.
Please note, all items must be returned in unused condition with the bag and tags attached.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
We currently distribute all our products from Sydney, Australia.
If you're buying from us in another market, we use fast international delivery, including insurance cover - so your product is in safe hands.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and as sustainable as possible.
